We perform tests on specimens of stress corrosion cracking, in accordance with the regulations NACE in chlorinated solutions with mixtures containing H₂S or according to the specifications of the customer.
The equipment allows to perform the tests according to the following characteristics:
- conditions of pressure and ambient temperature, in accordance with NACE TM0177 method A
- conditions of high pressure and high temperature, according to NACE TM0177 up to level VII expressed by the standard NACE TM0175.

We perform tests in autoclave made of Hastelloy and the ability to 15 l, with the possibility of operating up 103 bar pressure and at a maximum temperature of 210 ° C.
The exposure can be performed on specimens, of tensioned specimens (deflection in 3 O 4 points, C-ring) or products / components; made of metallic material, polymeric or on various kinds of coatings.
We perform SSRT stress corrosion tests in accordance with NACE TM0198 and ASTM G129, subjecting the slow tensile test in a chlorinated solution and mixtures of H₂S, in an autoclave made of Hastelloy by the ability to 3 liters with the following characteristics: load capacity up to 30 KN, deformation capacity up to 30 mm, of adjustable constant strain rate of 1×10¯⁸ a 1×10¯ᶟ mm/s.
With our CERT machine They can also be carried out under conditions of temperature and high pressure.
They perform stress tests to’ Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC) to evaluate the corrosive effects of embrittlement of a metal material exposed in a hydrogen-rich environment NACE TM0284-2016.
